HOW TO

STEP 1: Select the desired work and click the RESERVE button, which opens a pre-formatted email. Fill in the requested data and send the email.

STEP 2: You will receive a booking confirmation email within approximately 24 hours of your reservation, with instructions on how to make your donation directly via MECA’s organizational platform.

STEP 3: Click the link provided in the email and make your donation in US Dollars equal to  the amount indicated by the artist for the respective work or,  at a higher amount (if possible), following the platform's instructions. Acceptable methods of payment include Paypal and Credit Card.

Donations must be made no later than 24 hours after receiving the booking confirmation email.

STEP 4: Once Step 3 is completed and receipt of the donation is confirmed you will receive an email (no later than 10 working days) confirming that the work will be sent to your address.

Shipments will be sent via CTT for collection and with insurance.

Most of the works will be sent in boxes and shipping tubes, without stretchers or frames. Please consult the respective technical sheets by each work for additional information on formats and materials.

Shipping costs outside Portugal will be subject to prior approval.

Please note that donations are non-refundable, and booking confirmations will be sent in the order emails are received. If donations are not made within the indicated period (no later than 24 hours after reservation), the work will once again be made available online or will be awarded to the next reservation request.
