We want respect for Palestinian lives. Respect for the lives of all the people who have been abused, colonised, and occupied.

We want humanity.

More than fundraising we want the voices that ask, yell, demand, beg for a ceasefire to be heard.

We are turning up the volume.

WITH <3 TO PALESTINE is a fundraiser organized by a collective of artists and arts professionals who have generously donated artworks to bolster the urgent humanitarian support required for the children of the Gaza Strip and their families.

The monetary value of each work in the website’s collection, set between 50 and 1050 dollars, is determined by each artist and will be 100% converted into donations for the non-governmental organization MECA (Middle East Children’s Alliance). The donations will help provide food and drinking water, medical and psychological support, and meet other urgent needs of the population of Gaza.

In the hope of welcoming more people to contribute, we worked with the artists to offer works below market price — some at a considerably lower price. It's a joint effort between all artists and potential donors.

With <3 to Palestine responds to the imperative of protecting Universal Human Rights and, in line with the United Nations (UN) recommendations, calls for an immediate and permanent ceasefire and humanitarian assistance to the population of the Gaza Strip. The fundraiser With <3 to Palestine is Portugal-based and organized by an informal collective of artists and arts professionals. It is open to the participation of artists from all around the world.

The non-governmental organization was chosen after researching how humanitarian aid is provided to the Palestinian population, with MECA standing out for its continuous efforts in the territory, particularly in the areas of education and health. The NGO dedicates a significant part of its work to children and youth in the Gaza Strip, promoting scholarships, educational projects, and training in schools, libraries, and clinics. In the current crisis context, MECA provides emergency support, and the raised donations will help reinforce the supply of food and clean water, provide medical and psychological support, and address other urgent needs of the population.
